This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products, premium tools, subscriptions or services offered on ToolSuite.in (“we”, “our”, “us”).
Since ToolSuite primarily offers digital tools and downloadable/use-based services, this policy ensures clarity for users and compliance with Razorpay, consumer laws and digital product standards.
1. Digital Products & Instant Delivery
Many products or tools offered by ToolSuite.in are digital in nature and may be delivered instantly.
Because digital products cannot be “returned,” all purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated.
2. Refunds for Digital Products
Refunds are not automatically provided once the product/tool has been accessed, downloaded or used.
However, we may provide a refund under the following conditions:
Refunds may be approved if:
- The product was not delivered
- Severe technical issues prevent access
- You were charged twice for the same product
- An accidental duplicate payment occurred
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You purchased the wrong product
- You expected features not listed or advertised
- You used the product/tool and then requested a refund
Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of ToolSuite.in.
3. Subscription-Based Tools (If Applicable
For future paid subscriptions or memberships:
- You may cancel anytime from your account
- Access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle
- Partial or prorated refunds are not issued
- Premium features stop when the billing cycle ends
4. Payment Gateway Policies
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other approved gateways.
We do not store:
- Card numbers
- CVV
- UPI PIN
- Net banking credentials
Payment gateway terms apply in addition to this policy.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us within 48 hours of your purchase at:
Include:
- Name
- Email used for the purchase
- Transaction ID
- Reason for refund
We respond within 3–5 working days.
6. Cancellations
Since digital products are delivered instantly, cancellations are not always possible.
If your order has not been processed or delivered yet, we will cancel it upon request.
7. Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days
- Time may vary based on your bank or payment method
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
